Applying to Elevator
Now that you know more about Elevator you may have decided that
you want to be a part of it and apply! The
application process is divided into various stages.
Most of the stages are on-line and are very
user friendly. The different stages are explained
below:
Registration
You will be asked to register your details
onto the on-line system. At this time we
will also ask you a few questions to make
sure you are eligible to apply for either
of the Elevator programmes.
Stage 1 – Application Form
You will be asked to complete an on-line application
form that will ask you to specify, amongst
other information, your personal details, education
and work experience. Based on this form, you
may be invited to progress to Stage 2 of the
process.
Stage 2 – Analytical Reasoning
Tests
This stage takes you through a number of tests
that will assess your verbal and numerical reasoning
ability. After we have processed the results
of this stage, we may invite you to complete
Stage 3.
Stage 3 – Psychometric Tests
The on-line testing process contains a series
of tests that measure your Preferences and
Values. Based upon all three previous stages,
we will then invite a number of applicants
to attend a residential Assessment Centre.
Stage 4 – Assessment Centre
At the Assessment Centre, you will be assessed
in more depth on several competencies. If you
are successful at the Assessment Centre you
will be offered a place on the Elevator Programme –
to start your first placement in September as
part of the Class of 2009!
The application process starts on 15th December
2008 and all applicants will have to
complete the first three (on-line) stages by March
16th 2009. To apply, click the
'Apply now' button at the top of this page.
The on-line application process is used to manage
applications for the Elevator programme in Europe,
Africa and the United Kingdom only. If you wish
to apply for a place on the Elevator programme
in the Middle East, Asia Pacific or the Americas,
you must contact the area offices directly. Please
click the ‘Around the World’ Button
on the left menu for more details. |
